TOUR 1 : A FULL-DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR

Your full-day tour of Milan includes a walking tour introducing you to this Italian city.


On your half-day sightseeing tour you'll visit the glamorous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the fabulous La Scala. Next, you'll tour the breathtaking Duomo, one of the world's largest, most striking Gothic cathedrals. Some 135 spires and 3, 200 statues are crammed onto the roof and into the facade. The tour does not include going up to the roof of the Duomo, but according to your needs it is possible to arrage it. The tour continues to the Sforza Castle.


The second part of my itinerary shows the turning from the Gothic Style to the Renaissance one, under the Dukedom of Sforza Family. An opening on a great period of cultural change which began in Florence at the end of 13th century. The culmination of the Renaissance in Milan came about 1500 and 1530. During this time two of the most famous artists spent their days in Milan, producing works that have for century been regarded as touchstones of perfection.

TOUR 2 : THE CANALS (HALF-DAY)

Most people don't know that Milan is a city of water and you'll realize it while walking along the canals crowded with nice cafes, restaurants and little shops. In this tour you will discover the romantic and "traditional" side Milan with the typical courtyards and precious ancient churches grown up along the waterways. The tour starts from the Basilica di San Lorenzo. Then we visit the Basilica di S.Eustorgio,  the visit ends in la Darsena, il Naviglio Pavese e il Naviglio Grande.

TOUR 3: THE RENAISSANCE PERIOD IN MILAN
